We offer: Yoga, the level of classes cater for the beginner, intermediate or advanced student, with classes scheduled at various times of the day and week, all year round. Pilates is a method of exercise that offers a total body conditioning program that enhances quality of life and improves strength, flexibility, stamina and body awareness. Meditation is taking place every week and is free of charge. Dance classes include Ballet Barre, Jazz isolations, Ballet, Salsa, Tango, Hip Hop and Contemporary, classes for 3 years old to Adults. Experience Swedish Relaxation, Remedial Deep Tissue, Stones & Organic Body Massage and Facials. Kitchen and Shower facilities available. Room hire available to other instructors.
