Inside the Denmark Good Food Factory, The Right Distillery creates handcrafted spirits in small batches, combining passion with a playful edge. Visitors can sample an inventive range that includes fruit ‘cellos in lime and orange, aromatic sambuccas in white or black, rich amaretto, spiced rum, tequila, and smooth liqueur whisky. Gin lovers are well catered for, with flavours such as rhubarb and ginger, pomegranate, pink, pure botanical, and the locally inspired Green’s Pool. For something a little different, there’s peanut butter whisky, coconut rum, cinnamon whisky, and toffee tequila — all available to taste and take home in a choice of sizes. Sharing the same site, the Elephant Rock Cider Company produces nine refreshing ciders made exclusively with Great Southern fruit. Light, zesty, and unfiltered, they’re best enjoyed by the paddle or glass alongside a meal from the on-site restaurant. With Denmark’s biggest ice cream cones for the kids and bold spirits for the adults, it’s a destination that offers flavour for everyone.

Made entirely on-site with 100% local Great Southern fruit, there are nine styles to explore. Classics include dry apple, traditional scrumpy, apple ginger, and perry, while playful blends such as apple strawberry, toffee apple, and apple jalapeño chilli add something unexpected. Light, zesty, and unfiltered, the ciders capture freshness at its best. For those who prefer spirits, The Right Distillery is just next door with its small-batch creations like pomegranate gin, spiced rum, and peanut butter whisky.
